At Mindfuel we provide our customers a unique and integrated solution to build data products people love. This solution is guided by a standardized and validated framework for data product management. This framework is delivered to our customers by top-notch consulting services through our Mindfuel Studio and enabled by our Mindfuel Software — a SaaS Solution that enables and sustainably scales data product initiatives. As a Customer Onboarding Manager you support our customers in adopting and implementing the Mindfuel Software as part of our business model. In other words you align our Mindfuel Software to customer-specific, organizational requirements along our Mindfuel Framework in order to enable the customer to efficiently and effectively manage data products. Your mission is to bring people, processes and methodologies together and show our customers how our Mindfuel Software can serve as a solution to make an impact and create great value. In parallel, you help to prevent customer churn.

You partner with customer teams and dive into their product landscape and most intricate workflows to enable scaling with our software. The challenges you will tackle require a curious and analytical mindset. You have a sharp intuition for products and its organizations. Your strong degree of user empathy ultimately empowers our customers to build outstanding new data products.

Besides intense client interaction, you will work closely with internal colleagues from our Mindfuel Studio and our product team.

What will be your responsibility
  • Meet with customers to understand the critical questions they need to answer and locate their biggest challenges and pain points and identify gaps in regard to the Mindfuel Framework
  • You work with the customer to design and establish data and product management workflows for their teams and/or entire organisation and align with the Minduel Software
  • You strategize and iterate through different ways in which the presented problem could be solved through our integrated solution consisting of Studio services and Mindfuel Software
  • You lead problem discovery and value identification sessions through our software directly with the customer, in addition supporting in content migration
  • You conduct training sessions to ensure it is being used widely enough to have a concrete impact and adoption as well as educate our customers to product experts
  • You roll-out implementation projects with customers, present solutions up to (senior) stakeholders and co-create with end-users on a daily / weekly basis

What you'll need
  • 2+ years of professional work experience in a similar field, e.g. Technical Pre-Sales Manager, Customer Success Manager (of a SaaS), Implementation Manager, IT-Rollout Manager, Organizational / Process Consultant, …
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships within customer teams across the organisation
  • High resilience within highly complex and volatile challenging environments with a constructive mindset and the ability to find pragmatic solutions for complex challenges
  • Agile driven, whatever it takes mentality in working in ambigious situations
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and results in a clear, engaging and precise manner to diverse audiences to facilitate software adoption
  • Capabilities to communicate complex ideas effectively in German (must have) and English, both verbally and in writing
  • Strong entrepreneurial and analytical skills with a genuine passion to enable organizations to build awesome data products at scale
  • Basic consulting toolbox in order to amaze our clients with amazing storylines and sharp analyses (e.g. MS Office, business case calculations, hypotheses-based problem solving)
  • Ideally higher education e.g. B.Sc. /M.Sc. in computer science, business administration, engineering, or related fields with strong academic performance
